I am Allison — fertility doula, birth doula, and guide for women who are ready to step into the fullness of what they carry. My work lives at the intersection of the ancient and the embodied: preconception mentorship rooted in ancestral wisdom, sovereign birth preparation for women choosing homebirth and freebirth, and medicine ceremonies that offer a deep clearing of what your lineage passed down that was never yours to carry.
I believe preconception is the most sacred and most overlooked threshold in a woman's life. What you build in your body, your nervous system, your emotional field, and your spiritual clarity in the months before conception shapes everything that follows — the pregnancy, the birth, the child, the mother you become. I built the Flower of Life Fertility Portal for the woman who refuses to wait until she's pregnant to begin.
I believe birth is not a medical event. It is a physiological, spiritual rite of passage that a woman's body already knows how to complete. My work as a birth doula is to help you arrive at that threshold so prepared, so rooted, so clear in your own sovereignty, that choosing an undisturbed birth at home feels not brave but obvious. This is the movement I am building. One sovereign birth at a time.
