Join Kate G. on her Colorado Yoga Tour for a relaxing yoga, body work and sound work shop.

Kate is a Colorado Native, now based in Las Vegas. She teaches Pole, restorative yoga, and offers energy and body work.

Allizen is a Colorado based Sound Alchemist. She uses 432hz clear quartz singing bowls and other instruments during her sound sessions.

During this work shop, Kate G will lead a juicy restorative flow, and offer body-work/ hands on assists during the asana practice while Allizen resets your nervous system with a grounding sound session.
