An egg takes approximately 90 days to fully mature before ovulation. Which means the egg that becomes your baby has been developing for three months before conception even happens. What you eat, how you sleep, how regulated your nervous system is — all of it is written into that egg epigenetically. Three full 90-day cycles across 9 months of preparation means the egg you conceive with at the end of this portal is not the same egg you have today.
And it is not just about the egg.
