May is my birthday month and all I want for my birthday is for YOU (well… everyone) to experience more peace, bliss, miracles, fulfillment, magic, depth, self-love, self-knowledge, laughter, power, freedom, success and joy! 😅

All of these benefits are rooted in deep presence and conscious awareness. And the best way I know how to cultivate presence power and unconditional loving awareness is through MEDITATION!

  • Maybe you have a meditation practice, and are just looking for new ways to go DEEPER.

  • Maybe you have never meditated before and are looking for a place to start.

  • Maybe you have an on-again, off-again relationship with meditation and want to start a lasting habit with a community of support and accountability.

All meditation levels are welcomed and encouraged and the best part is, it is all virtual!

A new meditation will be posted every morning and you can decide when this practice makes sense for your schedule. I will offer pointers and tips on optimal time and place, but ultimately this is for you and for it to be sustainable and offer the maximum benefits, it has to work for your life!

The meditations will range in duration from 10-30min depending on the style.

I will offer a HUGE array of styles and variations so that by the end, you will know what type of meditation(s) is best for your body/mind type!
