    I use 432hz clear quartz crystal sound bowls, mantra/voice activation, drums, chimes, and/or other instruments to aid in removing energy blocks, reaching meditative states, physical recovery, manifestation and more!

    I offer 1-1 sound healings, personalized affirmation track, retreats, group work, and celebrations!

    Ever thought about turning your birthday, bachelorette party, wedding or baby shower into an intentional, fun and memorable event?!

    Plant Medicines go hand in hand with sound therapy and together are a way to reprogram your nervous system, re-wire your brain for success and process years of build up emotional blockages/traumas in just 1-2 sessions.

    The effects of plant medicine have shown the most profound effects and promise for those living with depression, anxiety, severe addiction and PTSD.

    Clients have experienced complete symptom relief after just 1-2 sessions.

    “Session” refers to 1 prep-packet, 1 discovery call, 1-2 zoom/or in-person preparation meetings, in person session (5-7hours) and 2 follow up zoom integration calls.

Your body is approx. 72% water. Water holds memory and is programmable through frequency.
