Movement and Dance
Our state, according to Tony Robbins, is made up of 3 things: physiology, energy and focus. When we are happy, in love, grateful, energetic, peaceful, generous or any embodiment of LOVE we consider ourselves to be in a peak state. This is when we feel our best! We feel alive, motivated, passionate, creative and powerful!
The fastest way to change our state is through movement. Feeling stuck? Turn up the music and dance, shake your booty, scream, clap and move the energy in your body. In ancient times, when someone was in a state of psychosis the whole tribe would gather and dance it out; moving the energy from being traumatically stuck in the body, causing dis-ease, to alchemically, transmuted potential energy, for creation, states of higher consciousness and clarity.
I am a classically trained dancer who understand the benefit of both structured technique classes and more explorative, flowing expression.
