A doula offers continuous support through labor and birth. We offer physical, emotional, informational, advocacy and spiritual support to you and your birth companion so that you feel empowered to make informed decisions throughout your pregnancy and birth journey!
As a doula, my goal is to help you understand the choices being offered to you and their potential effect on your body, labor, birth, and baby.
We each come with our own vibe, training, skillset, and passion, as birth keepers. So make sure that the doula you hire offers a philosophy, expertise, and support that aligns with your desired outcome. And be sure, that the method and techniques offered have evidence to back a successful outcome (outside of any special circumstances.)
